Key Responsibilities
Conduct HSE process and digital maturity assessments.
Define target operating model and future-state HSE processes.
Support digital strategy, roadmap, business case, and solution selection.
Develop functional requirements, process maps, and implementation recommendations.
Define implementation approaches and implement digital HSE solutions.
Coordinate integrations, reporting, analytics, and data migration.
Support proposal development, estimations, and client presentations.
Mentor junior consultants and manage client stakeholders.
Preferred Domain Experience
Refining, Oil & Gas, Refining & Petrochemicals
Exposure to refinery operations, process safety, environmental compliance, or asset integrity preferred.
Thorough knowledge about HSE elements such as Incident Management, Process Safety, PTW, MoC, Risk, Audit & Compliance, Occupational Health, Environmental & Emissions, and ESG.
